3D file for printing a GTO SAP Bumper Insert with a near perfect fit. Because of the accuracy variance from printer to printer, this file should need little to no modification for fitment. Areas of concern that would need to be modified are the mounting tabs that will click into your bumper. If a fit is too tight I would recommend sanding down your prints tabs until a good fit is met. For a fitment that is a bit loose, I would recommend getting auto body bondo and filling the smalls gaps in the tabs to allow for a tight fit that is secure. This file is the passenger side to print the Driver side simply mirror the part in your slicer. A 3mf file will be sent to you which you can put into any modern slicer
Material Printing: I strongly recommend printing this in ABS or any other plastic that can withstand high heat. The model printed in the product pictures was printed in Resin in order to see the accuracy of the model created.
BuildPlate: This is a large model compared to most 3D printers so you may have to print the model in parts or have it sent out to be printed. The models size is about 172x285x138mm.
