3D file for printing a FogLight housing. This will allow 4.5 inch mini fog lights designed for Harley Davidson motorcycles to be fitted with the 04-06 GTO Bumper. The housing itself fits very snug into the fog light cavity with no play at all once screwed in place. To screw the housing to your bumper M5 heat inserts need to be inserted into this housings bottom side. The lights are not held in with any screws or retainer clips as to keep a cleaner look. To hold the light in its housing I recommend using either RTV silicone sealant or JB weld to hold the light in the housing. This file is the passenger side to print the Driver side simply mirror the part in your slicer. A 3mf file will be sent to you which you can put into any modern slicer
Assembly Needed:
M5x10 heat inserts to the holes on the bottom of the model
RTV or JB weld on your desired lights perimeter when fitting into the housing, allow enough time to dry.
Material Printing: I strongly recommend printing this in any plastic that can withstand high heat and UV as it will be out in the sun. The model printed in the product pictures was printed in PETG for its heat properties
