FogLights V2 Update

FogLights V2 Coming

Hello to all who ordered the first production run of the GTO foglights. I thank you all very much for the support and it's a huge motivator to keep improving the product.

As we're near the end of summer, if you parked your car with the foglights installed anywhere in the sun you may have noticed over time the surrounding wall started to deform. This was a big issue for me that I wanted to fix right away and test myself. After hours of research I believe I have came across a solution. The solution is to add a metal heat shield on the surrounding wall. Originally many suggested printing the part in a different material but that wouldn't solve the magnifying effect the projector makes on the housings wall. I've been currently running V2 since mid May and there is no signs of warping at all with the heat shield installed after sitting through a SoCal summer always parked in the sun. The ones I have installed on my personal vehicle are also printed in PETG so I would expect ABS to handle the job perfectly.

V2 of the foglights are currently being printed in ABS and will also have this heat shield installed. To all those who ordered the first batch you will receive a free replacement housing pair with the heat shield installed.
